Breakfast and lunch are served in all APW schools. A Food Service packet (including free and reduced meal applications) will be available to all students on the first day of school. If you feel you may be eligible, fill out the application, which is confidential, and return it to your child’s school. Only one application is necessary per household. A monthly menu will be sent home with students in grades K-6, Junior and Senior High School students will have access to the menus at their school.
The cost for breakfast and lunch is as follows for the 2018-2019 school year for students in Grades UPK-6:

The APW Elementary is participating in the Community Eligibility Program for the 2018-2019 school year. Students are eligible to receive one breakfast and one lunch every day at no charge to the student. Ala Carte foods such as milk, ice cream, snacks and second meals are not covered by this program. The APW Central School District is in compliance with the mandated federal nutrition standards for the National Lunch and Breakfast Programs for the current school year.

Please review the menu and food item costs with your child daily. Prepayment for meals is available to all students. Lunches can be prepaid at any time and for any amount you want. Cash/checks (payable to Food Service Department) can be sent in at any time with the student to the cafeteria. Please make sure that your child’s name is on the check.
