Child Nutrition

  • The APW Elementary and Junior/Senior High School are participating in the Community Eligibility Provision for the 2019-2020 school year.  Students are eligible to receive one breakfast and one lunch every day at no charge.  Ala Carte foods such as milk, ice cream, snacks and second meals are not covered by this program. The APW Central School District is in compliance with the mandated federal nutrition standards for the National Lunch and Breakfast Programs for the current school year.

    A monthly menu will be sent home with students in grades K-6, Junior and Senior High School students will have access to the menus at their school.

    The cost for breakfast and lunch is as follows for the 2019-2020 school year for students in Grades UPK-6:
    Breakfast - $0.00
    Lunch - $0.00
    Milk - $.50 (one milk is included with standard meal)

    The cost for breakfast and lunch is as follows for the 2019-2020 school year for students in Grades 7-12:
    Breakfast - $0.00
    Lunch - $0.00
    Milk - $0.50 (one milk is included with standard meal)

    Please review the menu with your child daily. Additional foods (ala carte items) beyond the breakfast and lunch provided through CEP may be purchased.  Prepayment for ala carte items is available for all students or money can be sent in with the student for these purchases.
